Youll join a community team - including leasing, maintenance, The Goat and wellness team members - committed to reinforcing the brand and creating a participation-driven environment for residents, guests, and neighbors.

The Property Management team at LC is in the midst of an exciting period of growth, and were looking for talented team members to build upon our impact from strategy through execution.

In this role, youll be responsible for all aspects of business operations management at an apartment community.

Make an impact through these primary responsibilities :

  • Maintains clean resident ledgers and records all adjustments under Delinquent Notes in Entrata.
  • Manages purchase orders and invoices as deemed necessary by Community Manager and collaborates with accounting team during monthly reviews.
  • Works with Community Manager to initiate and manage eviction process, when necessary.
  • Works with Community Manager to process all FMOs monthly, including cancelled / denied applicants.
  • Schedules and performs move out walks to provide assessment for damages.
  • Ensures all move ins / move out / transfers are processed daily and ensures all Notice to Vacates, transfers, and renewals are correctly entered into Entrata.
  • Reviews and manages property budgets alongside Community Manager, performs monthly Security Deposit Audits, and reviews accuracy of monthly rent billing.
  • Supports and assists all business management efforts at the community.
  • Understands and collaborates on all BIC (Best In Class) metrics through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as it pertains to business operations.

Leverage the following experience in pursuit of our collective goals :

  • Bachelors degree in business or related discipline preferred, high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
