Job Overview : We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Clinic Director to join our dynamic team at our new west valley clinic.
In this key role, you'll partner with the Clinic Director to oversee daily operations and uphold the highest standards of care.
While the position is primarily on-site, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from home two days each month. Your key responsibilities will include aiding in the development and monitoring of treatment plans, leading and supporting our Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure outstanding ABA therapy delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Clinic Director in leading the clinical team and ensuring effective ABA therapy services.
- Support the creation, implementation, and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze client data to track progress.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Manage your flexible work schedule between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona.
- Proven experience in ABA therapy, particularly in leadership roles.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- A commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
License / Certification :
- BCBA (Required)
- Active LBA in Arizona (Required)
