Job Summary

The Center for Leadership and Service department is seeking a highly professional, organized, detail oriented, and enthusiastic Temporary Program Coordinator to serve our students and provide support to signature programs.

This is a high touch role that interacts daily with students as well as other members of our campus community.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Develops educational workshops for Alternative Breaks Program.
  • Presents ongoing training for Alternative Breaks site leaders.
  • Maintains and update Canvas training course for Alternative Breaks program.
  • Coordinates the planning and execution of Relay for Life events in collaboration with student leaders.
  • Designs tutorials and materials for the GivePulse platform to serve students and community partners.
  • Leads outreach to promote leadership engagement opportunities within CLS.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with college students within an office of leadership and service highly desired.
  • Possess high sense of responsibility, detailed oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Extensive knowledge of excel. Must know how to work with excel formulas / graphs and budget input.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 20 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of office or related experience

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM
  • 40 hours a week

Advertised Salary

$17.00 / Hour-$21.00 / Hour
