As we broaden our influence and enhance our offerings, we're on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive who shares our commitment to sales excellence and outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling software solutions to locally-based, brick-and-mortar small and medium businesses.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in high-growth companies, such as Toast, Square, or TripAdvisor.

What You'll Do :

  • Customer Lifecycle Management : Own the full sales cycle from lead to close. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions that enhance their business growth.
  • Strategic Account Growth : Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and support.

Focus on maximizing retention, acquisition, and upselling opportunities.

Innovative Solution Selling : Conduct detailed product demonstrations and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our lead generation tools.

Help customers understand how Salespush can transform their business operations.

  • Relationship Building : Forge lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Understand the nuances of different business models and adapt your approach to meet diverse client needs.
  • Performance and Metrics : Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Use data insights to demonstrate ROI to clients and guide your sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the development of new features that meet market demands.

Skills & Experience Required :

  • Proven Sales Expertise : Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically with a track record of success in the SMB segment, preferably in a SaaS or digital solutions environment.
  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience using GTM software, preferably Salesforce / Hubspot / Apollo / Outreach / Clay, to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Strong Communicator : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships and closing deals with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Adaptive and Agile : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business landscape.
