The Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of General Manager to support our new business in San Jose, California.
The General Manager will lead a multi-faceted café with a top client, having total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of the management team and all frontline staff with a focus on excellent customer experience.
We're passionate about delectable, fresh food and take pride in crafting imaginative and well-balanced dishes daily.

The ideal candidate will have :
- Strong hospitality experience including solid financial acumen and a deep understanding of farm to table dining.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills to juggle different tasks.
- Ability to build and mentor a solid team who share the same level of commitment and passion for hospitality : quality presentation, customer service, professionalism.
- Diplomatic skills to work with customers and clients from around the world.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Basic Management Experience - 3 years. Basic Functional Experience - 3 years.
