As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for event strategy, planning and execution across both live and virtual events.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented and highly creative. They should demonstrate a proven ability for inventing new ways to show up experientially, the willingness to handle hands-on work, and the expertise to see events through and measure success.
This role will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, sales, customer success, and finance. This is a full-time position, based in our Lehi, UT headquarters.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy, including both live and virtual events, to meet business objectives of growing pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and creating awarenessLead the end-to-end management of events, including sourcing, planning, development, and execution, ensuring all logistics are managed efficientlyEstablish KPIs for each event and analyze event performance against metrics to assess successCreatively deliver Clozd-hosted event experiences, like Clozd's annual Win-Loss Week, white-glove dinners and customer roadshows, from conception to completionCreate detailed event plans and supporting event materials, including event briefs, landing pages, and promotional assetsCoordinate with internal teams and provide consistent communication to ensure alignment around objectives and logisticsManage event budgets, ensuring all activities are within allocated resourcesQualifications :
5+ years experience in Event Marketing, preferably in SaaSExperience managing sponsored and hosted events, both live and virtualAbility to manage multiple projects at once and navigate ambiguityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high bar for qualityOrganized and an effective communicatorCreative thinker with a proven ability to bring ideas to lifeTrack record of establishing strong relationships across cross-functional teamsExperience with Salesforce, Asana and marketing tools preferredBachelor's degreeExperience at a high-growth tech startup is a plusBenefits :
