What will you do in your role?

As an Inventory Specialist within the Inventory Shipping & Receiving Department, your key responsibilities are maintaining the flow of products inbound and outbound within the warehouse.

Productivity and accuracy are critical to the success of the team and individual.

Job Responsibilities

The items listed below include a basic description of what the Inventory Specialist will be doing on a day-to-day basis, but is not limited to these items :

• Picking, Packing, and Shipping products
• Receiving inbound shipments from FedEx / UPS
• Quality Control Measures : Ensuring product is staged and processed accurately
• Identify product defects
• Answer emails and phone calls in support of the retail locations
• Vendor RMA processing
• Inventory cycle counts

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• 1-year experience working with physical inventory preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, etc. preferred
• Effective phone and email communication with colleagues
• Maintain inventory processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
• Able to work within a structured team environment
• Able to work independently and multi-task in order to achieve Home Office goals
• Able to work effectively with others
• Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
• Professional appearance
