PRIMARY DUTIES :
- Identify and attract highly qualifiedcandidates through various channels including online job boardssocial media platforms and networking.
- Screenresumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidatesqualifications skills and suitability for specific construction andarchitecture roles.
- Collaborate with clients tounderstand their hiring requirements job descriptions and projectspecifications.
- Develop and maintain a strongpipeline of qualified candidates for current and future jobopenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviewsbetween candidates and clients ensuring a smooth and efficientrecruitment process.
- Keep uptodate withindustry trends market conditions and changes in construction andarchitecture regulations.
- Actively build andmaintain relationships with construction and architectureprofessionals industry associations and keystakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize joboffers
- Achieve personal and team recruitmenttargets and contribute to the overall success of thecompany.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a HealthcareRecruiter.
- Deep understanding of the US marketincluding knowledge of key players market trends andindustryspecific terminology.
- Excellentknowledge of the healthcare sector
- A strongnetwork of healthcare professionals schools andinstitutions
- Expert knowledge of interviewassessment and selection techniques
- Superbwritten and oral communication skills
- Salesskills and client focus
- Exceptional attentionto detail
- Proven ability to work under pressureand to deadlines
- Strong teamwork andcollaborative skills
