Thompson Law the Lion Law Firm is seeking an outgoing, highly-organized Closing Legal Assistant to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.

This role is instrumental in ensuring our clients experience stellar service from start to finish and is at the heart of what makes our firm thrive.

Position Overview :

As a Litigation Paralegal at the junior to mid-level, you will support our litigation attorneys through various stages of case management.

This role is your gateway to professional growth in a nurturing yet challenging environment, offering ample opportunities to refine your skills and advance within the firm.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files.
• Support client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring they are well-informed.
• Coordinate discovery responses and manage case-related deadlines.

Key Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of litigation experience , personal injury law is a MUST.
• Proficient in MS Office and case management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
