Machine Operator

1st shift Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Job Description

• Perform typical laser cutting operations.
• Select proper cutting programs and fixtures. Establish proper stop location and adjust the laser beam focal point.
• Set up and operate laser cutting machines to cut materials as per job specifications.
• Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure precise cuts, including speed, power, and focus.
• This role involves working in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are crucial.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pacoima, California.

Work Environment

Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Noise levels can be loud. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.

Frequently lift and / or move items over 50 pounds.
