Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in commercial litigation cases
- Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to resolve cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare relevant legal documents
- Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding commercial litigation matters
Qualifications :
- JD and Florida Bar Member
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Action-oriented

Compensation :
