Required :
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or Masters plus five years of experience in government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel.
- Demonstrated experience, in managing programs / projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract.
- Demonstrated success in managing agile design and development efforts.
- Active TS / SCI Clearance
