Operations Manager- Warehouse

at Landing Phoenix, AZ About the Role :

We are looking for a Operations Manager to join us at Landing! In this role, you will be responsible for driving optimum cleaning, installation and storage performance within the greater Phoenix market and ensuring the homes we offer our members meet Landings standards.

About the Team :

Our Field Operations team directly manages Landings in-market full time cleaners and installers while working closely with our central led host, installation and property success teams to drive exceptional experience for our members.

Market Managers report up to regional field leaders and are imperative to Landings success.

What Youll Do :

  • Manage your markets warehouse by way of accepting shipments, maintaining inventory in our management system, meeting installation teams and placing orders for new inventory as necessary.
  • Deliver insight into data and present creative solutions to improving market level performance.
  • Lead a team of full-time movers and housekeepers, owning areas such as hiring, training and personnel development.
  • Ensure Landing standards and quality assurance for property cleanings and maintenance within market
  • Coordinate with teams for installation and procurement to ensure efficient and seamless move in for new Landing members.
  • Communicate any changes, new features, happenings and required skills with the team
  • Catalog, inventory and maintain de-installed furniture in market.
  • Own laundry and linen storage and quality checks to maintain cleanliness and organization.

What You Need :

  • An obsession for customer experience and satisfaction
  • 3 years professional cleaning experience or a Landing cleaning credential with a 4.5+ cleaning score and >

100 host jobs completed

  • 2+ years of management experience
  • You are proficient with both : Google Maps - scheduling logistics ; Google Sheets - and have familiarity in analyzing data
  • You are hands on, and have the ability to simultaneously complete daily tasks and build processes for the future
  • You have the ability to track multiple processes and details across various platforms
  • You are well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.
  • You apply common sense and creativity to problem solving
  • You are proactive and an over-communicator
  • You are kind, self-motivated, hardworking, and have a history of achieving targets.
  • You love working in a fast-paced environment.
