This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for an Architectural Designer.

What it takes to qualify :

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
  • Architectural license not required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
  • Experience in Education K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Religious preferred
  • Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills

What you can expect in your role as an Architectural Designer :

  • Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
  • Review design documents and construction estimates
  • Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
  • Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
