REQUIREMENTS

• Current Cosmetology / Barber License applicable by state
• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Conducts consultations to determine clients needs / results
• Motivated to build upon existing clientele via ads, networking, & word-of-mouth referrals
• Works well within a team
• Recommend and sell beauty products to clients, increasing revenue and loyalty
• Welcomes feedback
• Maintains a clean and organized work space
• Demonstrates a professional, personable and friendly attitude
• Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, techniques and products
• Skilled color application and layered cuts
