Job Salary : $100k-$150k+ DOE
Requirements : 7+ years of commercial construction
We are a 20+ year old commercial construction GC in the Winston-Salem area who specializes in public works, k-12, higher education, and other large scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire job site
- In charge of subcontractors, Assistant Superintendent and other team members
- Inspect quality of material
- Update Leaders on project status
- Create schedules to keep project on track
What You Need for this Position
- 7+ years of experience constructing Commercial projects
- Experience with Public Works, Universities, K-12 is a plus
