PRIMARY FUNCTION :
The Clinical Affairs Director will coordinate and oversee activities of the clinical team members for both Vision and Aesthetics to ensure effective and efficient team planning.
Responsibilities extend to support the needs of sales, and marketing depts .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, help coordinate and supervise the scheduling activities of all clinical team members both Full-time and Per Diem.
- Organize and assign duties, training and tasks to clinical team members as required
- Establish clinical team member work guidelines and schedules.
- Manage all Full-time clinical staff and per diem staff ensuring that all training metrics and weekly training goals are achieved.
- Establish new processes when required.
- Monitor daily performance (work orders) of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
Gather and review weekly reports.
- Evaluate performance of clinical team members.
- Assist with interviews. Schedule orientation and new hire training for new trainers.
- Ensure clinical policies and procedures comply with current state and federal regulations and OSHA, COLA and CLIA requirements and regulations.
Identify and recommend policies and procedures as needed to ensure quality, compliance, accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Host weekly clinical meetings and relay pertinent information to clinical team members timely addressing on going issues and resolutions
- Attend periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to position.
- Manage all triLift Success managers - outlining performance metrics, quarterly goals and objectives to include consumable sales
- Assist with triLift / Folix demos and sales as requested
- Manage virtual trainings and proposed webinars keeping all schedules and web-based tools up to date
- Update and maintain all clinical assets including teaching tools, user manuals, training power points, quick reference guides, and practice certifications making sure that all assets are up to date.
- Attend weekly Installation and training meetings as required by Customer Experience Team.
- Centralize all clinical materials in web-based sales enablement tools and platforms
- Attend bi-quarterly trainings preparing internal training guides and handbooks
- Interface with Global clinical team
- Attend and present at industry events when required - may include meetings with potential clients to assist with demos and closing of the sale.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Training experience and the ability to build and manage professional relationships with corporate clients. Knowledge of laser and / or IPL technology.
Demonstrated proficiency in common PC applications
Proven history of analyzing situations, employing creative and effective decision making to solve problems / achieve results.
The ability to interact with cross-functional team efforts. Highly organized individual with time management and management skills.
Strong communications skills.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Background in Advanced Technology preferably with laser and / or IPL devices. Minimum of 6 years in leadership role
RN or PA
Demonstrated ability to drive results in both and individual and team environment
Ability to coach and mentor others Employee may travel up to 50% of their time.
Ability to be successful in an unstructured environment.
