Worldwide Foam is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers' needs are met, their questions answered, and their experience exceptional.

Data Wizardry : You'll master the art of data entry, weaving sales orders and quotes into our NetSuite (ERP) system like a digital sorcerer.
Deciphering customer purchase orders? Piece of cake!
Customer Whisperer : When customers reach out via email or phone, you'll be their guiding star. Complaints? No problem! You'll provide solutions faster than a superhero dodging bullets.
Positive Vibes Only : Your attitude will be as sunny as a tropical beach. Empathy, professionalism, and resilience are your secret weapons.
Foam Magic : Ever processed foam sample requests? You will! Dive into Dynamics and make those foam dreams come true.
Resource Explorer : You'll navigate our Worldwide Foam knowledge base like an adventurer seeking hidden treasures. Customers' questions? You've got answers!
Team Player : Communication and coordination with co-workers? You'll be the glue that holds our team together.

Education & Experience :

Schedule & Compensation :
Full-Time Adventure : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (with possible overtime when the Bat-Signal shines).
FLSA Classification : Hourly - Non-Exempt (because even superheroes need a paycheck).
Wage Quest : Highly competitive wages based on your experience starting at $21.75 per hour
