Location : Various locations across California

As an HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management.
  • S trong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar. 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.

Strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A, governance, and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
