We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join our team in Pompano, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating finance dashboards and providing detailed reporting for our architectural and engineering consulting operations.

This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is a pivotal role in supporting our decision-making process with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement finance dashboards using Deltek Vantage Point to visualize key financial data and metrics.
• Work closely with project managers to create customized visualizations and detailed dashboards by job and project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accuracy in data reporting.
• Utilize your skills in Business Systems, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline and automate reporting processes.
• Leverage your knowledge in Data Visualization, Dashboard creation, and Operational Dashboards to present complex data in an understandable manner.
• Conduct Gross Margin Analysis to provide insights for cost management and profitability enhancement.
• Utilize Deltek software for job costing and financial analysis.
• Interact regularly with the executive team, providing them with comprehensive reports and data insights.
• Play a key role in the company's strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reporting to support critical business decisions.
• Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Financial Business Analyst or in a related field
• Proficiency in business systems is a requirement
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is necessary
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is mandatory
• Must possess strong skills in Data Visualization
• Experience in creating Operational Dashboards, Reporting Dashboards, and Interactive Dashboards is necessary
• Proficiency in Dashboard metrics is required
• Must have experience with Deltek and Job Cost
• Knowledge of Gross Margin Analysis is essential
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage dashboards is a must
