Pay Range : $62,805.00 - $92,249.00Coordinate a plan's conversion from an external providers to EPIC RPS by managing the interactions with outside firms, sales team and internal teams to manage the necessary tasks to meet the agreed upon timeline to satisfy client expectations.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business related field and five (5) years of conversion experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Abilities :
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure adoption agreements, census data and documents provided by prior providers.
- Ability to speak effectively with groups of employees throughout the firm.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and meet daily deadlines.
Tasks Performed :
- 50% Facilitates ongoing communication throughout conversion process such as weekly status calls, verification of blackout / liquidation period, plan conversion timeline, etc.
- 20% Creates customized communications term letters, blackout notices, and participant communications to review with client and conducts call with previous record keeper to discuss timeline of conversion, contents of conversion files and expectations.
Coordinates the collection of key conversion details into the conversion data form, coordinates enrollment books creation with internal EPIC RPS Teams, billing and data capture and payroll file format.
Creates forms to be placed on the plan's website to be used by the client / Plan Sponsor / Plan Participants.
- 15% Coordinates with Sales Team to discuss desired plan conversion expectations and conversion strategy. Enters the New Plan Conversion Request into the conversion queue and works with the Conversion Manager to assign the appropriate Conversion Specialist to coordinate conversion data related work.
- 5% Conducts the plan hand-off meeting with the designated Service Team member once the conversion process has been completed.
- 5% Involved in planning long-term or short-term conversion business objectives. Authority to formulate, affect, interpret, or implement management policies or operating practices in the best interests of EPIC RPS and our partners which is inclusive of making conversion related decisions as needed.
Must be able to negotiate best practices in the best interest of both Client and EPIC RPS.
5% Perform other duties as assigned.
