Description :
The OR Regional Director is responsible for managing the Company’s sales employees and sales activities in the assigned territory according to the strategy set by the Company.
The OR Regional Director’s contact and administrator at the Company will be the applicable Area Executive Director.
Essential Functions
- Capture new accounts and nurture existing business with current and potentially three (3) additional Regenerative Surgical Specialists ( RSSs ) within a specified territory, as the same may be adjusted from time to time by the Company
- Supervise, manage and assist the RSSs located in the Territory to maximize sales of the Company s products
- Sell and manage revenues consistent with targets given by Company
- Forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to evangelize Kerecis products
- In coordination with the EVP of Commercial Operations, set sales targets for individual RSSs and the RSS team located in the Territory as a whole
- Monitor the RSS team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compile and analyze sales figures in the Territory, report to EVP of Commercial Operations
- Develop business with major customer accounts yourself
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Solve customer relation issues
- Report RSS team status to supervisor as required
- Provide feedback regarding employee performance and assist in RSS performance reviews as requested
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts with Legal Department
- Maintain all information in Kerecis' CRM system, and enforce usage of CRM by RSSs
- Produce revenue monthly and rolling 3 monthly forecasts each week based on CRM data
- Support and work with Company to develop and constantly refine Kerecis' go to market strategy as may from time to time be provided to you by the Company
- Assist with identifying and qualifying potential candidates for future positions in Kerecis
- Advise Company regarding reimbursement issues
- Provide product design input
- Perform other similar duties identified by Company
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the terms of the Company’s Employee Handbook
Secondary Functions
- Follow market developments
- Advise on company strategy
- Recommend new corporate processes where needed
