Logistick is seeking an experienced, initiative-taking, detail-oriented and solutions-minded individual to fill our Inside Sales role.
Basic Functions :
- Generates revenue by soliciting new customers.
- Works closely with Customer Service, Sales, and R&D to identify new customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and rapport.
Reporting Relationships :
- Reports To : VP of Sales & Marketing
- Responsible For : Growing Revenue and Improving Margins through Effective Marketing
Responsibility & Duties :
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotes.
- Grow existing accounts by reviewing prior customer buying history and recommending new product items.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of evolving Logistick product and service offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer product issues and / or concerns.
- Monitor and process web orders, fax orders, etc.
- Prepare and send prospect customer samples, follow up with prospect and close.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in marketing, business, or other relevant field. A four-year college degree may be waived as a requirement if there is sufficient experience.
- Prior experience in transportation, distribution, or warehousing a major plus.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 as well as CRM knowledge and experience.
- Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
- Critical thinker and a problem solver.
- Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to drive projects, but also team-chemistry oriented.

Physical activities and requirements :
- Ability to work in a standard office environment; may be exposed to outdoor conditions.
- Ability to lift to 45 lbs. and install Logistick products, which may require bending, stooping, kneeling etc.
