Now hiring for an Indianapolis Global Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate payroll processing for multiple countries
- Maintain payroll information including collection, calculation, check distribution, and payroll records
- Collaborate with global payroll provider to implement payroll setup in new countries
- Coordinate with the finance department for the distribution of funds for employees, benefit providers, taxes, and other payments when needed
- Process statutory payments for European countries
- Reconcile errors, audit payroll data changes, and maintain data integrity
- Train payroll staff
- Prepare and present reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end hours, accrual, deductions, and workers compensation
- Monitor payroll transactions to verify compliance with external and internal policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing required
- 5+ years of international multi-country payroll processing required
- Payroll experience in Germany and France required
- Profiecent in Microsft Excel required
- Ability to multi-task with time-sensitive constraints
