Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate closing dates and times with borrowers, real estate agents, and title companies.
- Balance closing disclosures.
- Able to meet prior set deadlines.
- Ensure all clear to close approval conditions are satisfied and or fulfilled prior to releasing closing documents for signatures.
- Answer any incoming calls regarding closing and funding.
- Balance and order wires to be sent to title companies to fully complete the loan funding.
- Stay in constant communication with clients to inform them of their final cash to close amount and how funds need to be transferred.
Qualifications
- Prior mortgage and closing coordinator experience preferred.
- Proficient In Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Excel, PDF Xchange Editor
- Knowledgeable regarding closing disclosures, loan estimates, mortgage terms and can explain them fully to clients if needed.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and working through conflicts.
Education
- Bachelor degree preferred
