Nurse Manager - Operating Room

Shift : Day Shift, Full-Time
Summary :
This role is responsible for the 24-hour management of Cardiac, Vascular, and Neuro / Spine units. The Manager RN will oversee clinical and operational activities, ensuring high-quality patient care in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily clinical operations and patient care delivery.
- Develop and enforce standards for patient care and nursing practices.
- Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and medical center standards.
- Oversee staff development, performance evaluations, and educational programs.
- Manage surgical services' fiscal operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Foster effective interdepartmental relationships and problem-solving.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current Washington RN License.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a related clinical area with demonstrated leadership skills.
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $127,587 to $205,379
