ABOUT CCO Certification :
CCO was formed in January 1995 as a non-profit organization with a mission to develop effective performance standards; provide fair, valid, and reliable assessments;
act as an industry resource; and be the leader in providing certifications for those who work in and around load handling equipment.
CCO is headquartered in Murray, UT and maintains another office at Palm Harbor, FL.
POSITION SUMMARY :
Work independently and with other QM staff to support the needs of the department and CCO by performing functions such as organizing and scheduling workshops and audits, processing credential and audit data, assisting Testing Personnel, and coordinating with the Field Team.
Share and coordinate job duties, including supervision of the department’s Administrative Assistant, with the other Quality Management Coordinators.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of workshop and audit events.
- Manage workshop registrations and audit requests.
- Maintain workshop and audit schedules and calendars.
- Track credential, workshop, and audit data (e.g., credential completion progress, expenses, attendance, results, etc.).
- Review, process, and manage a variety of records / data (e.g., Testing Personnel statuses, exam recordings / photos, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service to, and build and maintain strong professional relationships with, Testing Personnel, the Field Team, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with Manager, Training Content and SMEs regarding workshop content updates.
- Identify and implement approved changes to department forms, materials, and records.
- Create reports, letters, and other electronic files using Microsoft Office while maintaining compliance with CCO styles and usage guidelines.
- Track, process, mail, and ship Proctor Credential Cards and RIG task cards.
- Manage RIG kits orders and registration.
- Maintain the Proctor Website Directory.
- Support Program Managers in general matters and program improvement.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate training and calibration events.
- Train and supervise the QM Administrative Assistant.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Education and / or Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities :
- Solid computer software skills, including database, Internet, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Spanish fluency a plus.
- Strong sense of professionalism.
