Job Responsibility :
The Maintenance Mechanic will help install, maintain, diagnose, and repair various mechanical equipment related to the printing and converting industry.
Manage repairs to production and facility equipment, including installation, setup, preventive maintenance, and adjustments based on technical service guidelines.
Troubleshoot equipment safely, conduct repairs, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Inspect and test equipment to identify malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Maintain, document, and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols for equipment, machinery, and repairs according to OSHA regulations.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment in an industrial environment. Individual must be well organized and be able to problem solve and repair mechanical equipment.
They must be proficient working in a safe manner with hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, saws etc. A basic knowledge of machining parts on a lathe or milling machine would be beneficial .
Education :
High School Diploma or GED-equivalent required.
