Position Overview :

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to support customer acquisition and activation efforts. This role will focus on executing email and in-app campaigns that drive engagement, leveraging data, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative marketing tactics. Ideal for a proactive marketer passionate about entertainment and pop culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead email and in-app campaigns using segmentation, triggers, and personalization
• Manage timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communication
• Build campaign trackers and internal reports
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve roadblocks
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, and legal teams for asset approvals
• Ensure timely execution and alignment with marketing goals
• Analyze campaign results and share insights
