Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented CallCenter Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customerservice through handling inbound and outbound calls resolvingcustomer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Theideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills afriendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customersregarding products services and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently andeffectively.
- Document customer interactionsand transactions in the company’s database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departmentor supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up withcustomers to ensure their issues have been resolvedsatisfactorily.
- Stay updated on productknowledge company policies and procedures.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals andtargets.
- Participate in training sessions andteam meetings.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
- Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to handle ahigh volume of calls and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Proficient in using computersystems databases and call center software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providingexceptional customer service.
