Office Logistics Manager

Key Role :

Coordinate administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel. Acquires knowledge of program and project requirements, policies, and procedures.

Work on semi-routine tasks and assignments, requiring limited judgment. Work independently with some guidance. Follow established processes.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Experience working with large office management
  • Experience with conducting day-to-day administrative duties, including updating personnel rosters and organization charts, setting up cubicles and office space for incoming team members, ordering and maintaining office supplies, conference room scheduling, greeting and escorting visitors, answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, scheduling meetings, delivering and retrieving documents and packages, assisting with travel orders, vouchers, and reservations, coordinating with building facilities and security to ensure compliance with policy and emergency evacuation procedures, and supporting initiatives and requirements, as needed.
  • Ability to provide basic information technology (IT) support and basic troubleshooting for office equipment, including conference room audio and visual equipment, desk telephones, printer mapping, computer hardware and software, and office copiers
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications :

  • Experience working with Army or DoD executive organizations
  • Knowledge of disposing of burn bags and preparing correspondence electronically and in hard copy utilizing proper Army format
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance :

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
