Fabrication Supervisor

Duties of the fabrication supervisor :

• Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
• Oversee the fabrication process for electrical solutions, metal fabrication, equipment shelters, and painting services.
• Set up and program fabrication machinery, including CNC equipment, Turrets, Press Brakes, and Punch Presses.
• Collaborate with the QA Department to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate supply for production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, machine maintenance logs, and quality control reports.

Requirements of the fabrication supervisor :

• 5+ years of experience as a fabrication supervisor.
• Experience in an ISO Environment is preferred.
