We are seeking Lead Lawn Maintenance Laborers, in Durham, NC , who take pride in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes for our customers' properties, with a heavy focus on mowing lawns, enjoy working with your hands, and leading and supervising the Lawn Maintenance Helper.

The pay for this position is $17.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience. You will also be eligible for our monthly bonus program.

What You'll Do :

• Take charge of all aspects of creating landscapes, from operating equipment to identifying grass types.
• Mow, weed eat, blow, and edge lawns efficiently.
• Use herbicides, plant materials, install mulch and pine straw, drive a truck with a trailer, aerate and seed lawns, perform leaf removal, and handle other assigned duties.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as F-150 trucks, trailers, and walk-behind mowers.
• Lead and supervise the landscaping helper.
• Represent Agape Lawn Company with professionalism and care while on-site, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Assist with other duties as needed, ensuring no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For :

• The ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• 1+ year of experience in the outdoor general labor setting is required; experience in landscaping is highly preferred.
• Experience operating and maintaining equipment, such as F-150 trucks, trailers, and walk-behind mowers, is highly preferred.
• Experience leading and / or supervising team members is highly preferred.
• A basic understanding of landscaping, installation, planting procedures, and tool operations will set you up for success.
• Comfortable working outdoors through all seasons and can lift or carry 35-80 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Consistently arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to represent Agape with a clean, professional appearance.
