External Audit Supervisor - Fully Remote - $90-120K

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for overseeing the staff during audit engagements, delegating assignments to staff, and ensuring financial statements are completed according to standard.

More Responsibilities Include

• Planning & coordinating various phases of engagements and monitoring actual performance against budget
• Reviewing working papers for accuracy & completeness
• Communicating engagement's progress, problems, resolutions, financial information, tax activity, and other business concerns to the client
• Preparing or reviewing financial statements, notes, schedules, management letters, and tax returns for later discussion between the manager or partner and the client
• Preparing staff evaluation reports

What You Need for this Position

Must Have

• 4+ Years of Public Accounting Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Experience with Non-Profit
• Strong Understanding of Microsoft Office and Relevant Accounting Software
• Working Knowledge of GAAP / GAAS

Nice To Have

• CPA License and be in Good Standing with the American Institute of CPAs
• Understanding of Caseware
