The purpose of your role as a Senior Estimator
As a Senior Estimator, you will prepare portions of contract proposal estimates for one or more disciplines, including the determination of applicable project plans and specifications.
Requires advanced knowledge of two or more disciplines, which could be plumbing, piping or sheet metal systems. Will independently estimate plan / spec, design assist or design build projects of all types and sizes.

What we're looking for in you
- 5+ years of estimating, engineering, or trade experience related to mechanical constructions
- 5+ years of knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts
- 5+ years of advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- 5+ years of advanced understanding and experience with the proposal interview process
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, or equivalent years of experience

Pay Range : $84,816 - $127,223 per year
