Work you'll do / Responsibilities
- Propose detail design for problems / enhancements in consultation with business partners and architects.
- Coordinate with other application teams to determine dependencies and collaborate on end-to-end solution.
- Lead a team of developers; Provide directions and continuous mentoring.
- Write-up technical specifications
- Perform code reviews.
- Produce high quality deliverables
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline;
or equivalent experience
- 8+ Years of Wynsure Development Experience
- 5+ Years of working on Group Insurance
- 2+ Years of working with Wynsure SLI
- Expertise on working on Enrollment area
- Experience and ability to lead a team of developers.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
- Role is remote

- Analytical / Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97875 to $163125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
