Position Details :

• 8 Annual Wellness Visits Per Day & In Basket Management
• Possibility for Remote Work
• No call, No Weekends
• Inpatient and Outpatient Position
• Preferred : 2 Yrs Experience in Primary Care

Salary :

• $130,000.00-$180,000.00.
• The listed range is solely a base compensation for full time providers. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components.

• PA with Directly Related Experience in Hem / Onc, IM, Acute Care
• Board Certified
• Eligible to Work in the United States
• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
• CA Furnishing License or the Ability to Obtain CA Furnishing License
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
