Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership roles
Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformational initiatives
Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and internal controls
Experience in agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement
