PositionOverview : We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Private Chef for aMilwaukee WI gentleman. This role involves preparing daily mealsfor the principal with a focus on healthy organic and highqualitycuisine.

The chef will be responsible for maintaining CSuitecorporate lunches when the Principal is out of town and should havethe ability to scale up to more elaborate preparations foroccasional dinner parties and gatherings.

Direct communication withthe principal is expected without intermediarylayers.

KeyResponsibilities :

Prepareand present daily nutritious and organic meals adapting to thedietary preferences and requirements of theprincipal.

Manageall aspects of the kitchen including ingredient procurement mealplanning and kitchencleanliness.

Elevateculinary offerings for dinner parties and special events showcasingcreativity and high culinarystandards.

Maintainclear and direct communication with the principal regarding mealplanning dietary needs and eventschedules.

Traveloccasionally to the familys lake house to provide meal preparationand kitchen managementonsite.

Requirements :

PROVENEXPERIENCE AS A PRIVATECHEF with aportfolio demonstrating expertise in healthy organic cooking andhighlevel culinaryexecution.

Strongability to work independently and manage all aspects of thehouseholdkitchen.

Excellentorganizational and communication skills capable of working directlywith highprofileindividuals.

Flexibilityto travel and adapt to varying schedules including stays at thelakehouse.

Culinaryarts training or equivalent experience with a solid understandingof nutritional cooking and dietarymanagement.

Abilityto undergo a thorough backgroundcheck

Schedule :

Fulltime5 days week with 2 consecutive days off; most likely Sunday andMonday. Scheduling flexibility is required for travel and specialevents.
