Job Description :
Looking to migrate data from our Hyperion Planning environment where the data is stored in an Essbase multi-dimensional database, into our Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- This involves taking the fragmented multi-dimensional hierarchical structures and translating them into meaningful relational structures.
- The hierarchical data needs to be aligned across each dimension into meaningful business grouping and terms that can be stored in a relational / star schema format.
- Data relationships need to be identified, documented, and mapped.
- Work with Kemper data architect to determine the best EDW target structures (star schema).
- Document data transformations for the ETL developer.
- Test data loaded from Essbase into the EDW for completeness and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements :
Knowledge of Essbase, relational DB, and financial processes are needed. Insurance experience would be extremely helpful.
H1b, US Citizens, GC, EAD, and TN Permit.
