Job Description
You'll be heading up a local dev team of 3 developers, 2 QA, and an offshore team of about 30 developers in India while reporting into a VP of Engineering.
The team uses LAMP Stack and AWS in production. You won’t be hands-on but you should be able to conduct code reviews when necessary and help plan the deployment process.
We are looking for solution-oriented, collaborative managers who want to help their staff grow. This is a full-time, direct hire position with 2 days a week in office.
Must Have Skills
- 3+ years managing engineering teams
- Experience managing offshore teams
- Experience with creating and deploying deployment pipelines
- Positive and collaborative attitude
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with PHP / LAMP Stack
- Experience in the EdTech industry
