The Parts Specialist will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the office, primarily focusing on creating work orders, providing quotes, customer service, and inventory.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Type : Temp to Hire
- Compensation : $21-23 per hour
- Hours : Monday-Friday 8-5pm
- Location : Antioch, TN.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Communicate with the Sales, Service, and Administrative staff.
- Manage and update office documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Creating work orders and uploading them in the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders as required.
- Ensure the sales department have proper information for services.
- Assist other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background / knowledge in the Construction / Automotive / Heavy Equipment Industry
- Previous experience in administrative / sales support roles or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payment processing.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact courteously with clients and guests.
