Bethany Medical Clinic is hiring a site lead medical assistants who have previous recent experience in managing and training other medical assistants.
We need candidates that are :
- Experienced medical assistants who both understand the front desk responsibilities and medical assistant responsibilities who can lead a clinic site to quality performance.
- Checking and tracking of responsibilities will be important as well as skills in supervising, coaching, remediating and supporting other medical assistants.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills are very important for this role.
