Landsea Homes is seeking an intelligent and ambitious individual interested in a fast-paced and challenging position as a Treasury Analyst.
This position contributes directly to the company’s success by supporting the team in all aspects of Treasury activities.

Responsibilities :
- Set up and maintain electronic payment instructions within appropriate banking systems.
- Initiating manual wires and internal transfer requests in the bank system.
- Assist in decision-making for positive pay and ACH exceptions and create journal entries for Treasury-related transactions.
- Coordinate documentation for opening, closing, and updating corporate bank accounts, while maintaining an accurate bank account listing.
- Assist with system administration for bank account portals.
- Prepare monthly bank fee analysis review.
- Oversee the corporate card program, including ordering and cancelling cards, maintaining MCC codes in card portals, monitoring expense report activities, and assisting cardholders with any issues that may arise.
- Reconcile monthly reporting of card activity to posted activity in the general ledger.
- Manage cash management activities such as pulling required bank and accounting reports for daily liquidity reporting and consolidating weekly forecasts for review.
- Support audit documentation requests and assist with other projects or tasks, as required.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of Treasury experience, preferably within the homebuilding industry.
- Corporate Card program experience preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel is required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.
Physical Requirements :
This is primarily a sedentary position. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. This position requires public contact, as such, appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.
Travel Requirements :
This is a full-time position, with the flexibility to work some days remotely.
