What This Job Involves
The Facilities Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Sr. Facilities Manager and / or Account Leader with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role coordinates and manages tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction while supporting the implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client through innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include :
- Support the Sr. Facilities Manager and / or Account Lead in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
- Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies
- Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget
- Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives
- Complete monthly / quarterly / annual reporting requirements accurately and on time following client's record keeping policies
- Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management / technical emphasis5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultantStrong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staffStrong interpersonal skills and communication / presentation abilitiesProficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Computer proficiency in CMMS systemsDemonstrated experience in budget development and managementPreferred Qualifications :
MBA preferredExperience with capital improvement planning and implementationKnowledge of facilities management best practices and innovation programsExperience with contractor management and service delivery oversightFamiliarity with KPI development and performance measurement systemsUnderstanding of facilities compliance and safety requirementsExperience with client relationship management and satisfaction initiativesLocation :
