As a Sales Management Lead, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales team while receiving hands-on training from our seasoned executive leaders.
You'll master customer acquisition strategies, execute field marketing campaigns, and eventually lead a team for our telecommunications program across the Seattle market.
Responsibilities of a Sales Management Lead : Initiate the sales process by engaging with customers to showcase new telecommunications offerings.
Drive revenue through closing sales, building referral pipelines, and fostering brand loyalty. Promote our partner's latest products and services through daily promotions and marketing efforts.
Transition to a Senior Level Account Manager role, overseeing the sales cycle and team development. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Train new team members on company systems and procedures. Enhance customer service skills to build lasting business relationships and represent the company positively.
Minimum Qualifications of a Sales Management Lead : Previous experience in sales or leadership roles. Goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude.
Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging with clients. Adaptability to different environments and settings. A degree in Business or Management is highly preferred.
