My client is looking to add a Senior Accounting Analyst to their team in order to continue the company's exciting acquisitive and organic growth! Working with the senior leadership team, this individual will help manage the corporate accounting functions, have high visibility to senior leadership, and support the company in its accounting and finance initiatives within their fast-paced entrepreneurial organization.

I am currently partnered with the Controller at an exciting and growing PE-backed, multi-million dollar healthcare services organization located near Batavia, IL.
They have been growing like crazy due to acquisitive and organic growth and are looking to add a Senior Accounting Analyst to their team to help oversee the accounting and finance functions for the organization.
Description
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support the accounting and finance department.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting principles.
- Manage the month-end close process and provide support during the annual audit.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
