VP, Investment Advisory Platform, Realta Wealth

Overview :

Realta Wealth is currently seeking a VP, Investment Advisory Platform. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Independent Broker Dealers and participate in designing, developing and managing Realta Wealth’s Advisory Platform, to enable

sophisticated advisors to deliver a custom-tailored experience to affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Realta Wealth empowers independent advisors to attract and serve affluent clients by delivering exemplary service, innovative solutions, and trusted relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in the design, development and on-going management of Realta Wealth’s advisory platform and investment solutions
• Support Chief Product Officer in advancing Realta Wealth’s agenda with regard to its industry leading presence and the delivery and management of a suite of robust investment advisory solutions.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Realta Wealth’s advisory platform and investment solutions and work closely with other departments including Finance, Technology, Operations, and Compliance, as well as external vendors and investment managers.
• Play an integral role in the day-to-day management of the advisory platform and develop insights and create solutions to support advisors
• Develop meaningful relationships with both advisors and other internal teams and help resolve high profile and complex issues.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure timely, accurate and on budget delivery of initiatives
• Develop an understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape and providers in our space

Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university; Master’s degree or other relevant designations highly desirable;

Securities licenses (Series 7, 24, 63 / 65, 66) preferred

• A min of 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Personal integrity, professionalism and strong work ethic
• Commitment to a culture of professionalism, accountability, client focus and team work
• Superior problem solving skills. Strong analytical and Excel skills; attention to detail
• Ability to work under limited supervision
