Responsibilities
- Becomean IT Operations Expert : Help shape the future of MSPs and IT teamsby understanding user needs evaluating product usability andoffering invaluable feedback.
- Lead QualityTesting & Troubleshooting : Take the reins on comprehensivesoftware testing to ensure seamless feature releases.
Craft andmaintain precise test plans while ensuring consistent qualityacross all platforms.
- Create ImpactfulDocumentation : Generate detailed reports on software quality andfunctionality after rigorous testing. Document defects and issuesfor swift resolution by developmentteams.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Proposeenhancements to testing methods tools and processes to continuouslyevolve and perfect QApractices.
Requirements
- 5Years in Manual QA
- 5 Years in IT Support / SystemEngineering
- 2 Years of Scripting : cmd / PowerShell Bash Batch or Python
- OSExperience at least two : Windows Mac orLinux
- Proficient in network management andTCP / IP Protocols : SNMP TCP UDP ICMPDNS
- Database Skills : PostgreSQL SQLMySQL
- Virtualization : Familiar with Type 2hypervisors (VMware VirtualBox etc.)
- ExcellentEnglish Communication
- API Testing : Proficientin Postman or similar
- Remote Tools : TeamViewerAnyDesk Splashtop
