We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Assistant to support our consulting team with day-to-day marketing operations, campaign coordination, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and consulting projects
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to support strategy development
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging
  • Monitor industry trends and assist in the preparation of client-facing materials
  • Maintain up-to-date records of project progress and performance metrics
  • Support event coordination and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
